  • End-user data processed on behalf of customers: when our customers use the Services to run or analyse calls, we process voice call audio, transcripts, phone numbers, call duration, call metadata and derived analysis (such as sentiment and compliance scores) on their behalf and under their instructions. Our customers act as the data controllers for this information; we act as a processor.
  • Automatically collected data: IP address, browser and device information, and page-visit logs with timestamps, collected through standard analytics when you browse our website.

3. How we use your information

  • To set up, manage, provide and support the Services.
  • To respond to demo requests, enquiries and support questions.
  • To improve our products and AI models, using aggregated or anonymised information.
